Reach out to us regarding your project. During our initial contact, we’ll recommend the optimal packaging solution for you, drawing from our wide selection of standard toolings or creating a custom solution tailored to your requirements. A dedicated Account Manager will be assigned to oversee your project from inception to completion.
We’ll collaborate with you to refine your project brief. Once all your specifications are confirmed (including quantity, printing, packing, special features and/or accessories, incoterms, etc.), we’ll provide a personalized quotation for your approval.
Upon order confirmation, we’ll provide you with the packaging template of your choice. Simply return the design to us in vector format, and we’ll supply a paper proof, tin proof, or handmade sample based on project constraints and timeline. Our in-house designers are available to assist if needed, and you can discuss these specifics with your dedicated Account Manager.
Once all project details are finalized and approved, we will move forward with printing and production. Please note the following lead times (excluding public holidays):
Low seasons (October-April): Shipped within 45-60 days.
High seasons (May-September): Shipped within 75-90 days.
We provide various logistics options for delivering your final products, from FOB and CIF to direct delivery to your door. Just inform us of your specific requirements, and we’ll handle the rest.
